indiana baby

last night i had a date! it was fun we went to eat at sizzlers (which was actually quite good ,or better than i thought)we went there for dinner and then we went to see Indiana Jones! i wasn't so sure how i would feel about it,because i haven't ever seen an Indiana Jones movie before! but much to my surprise i loved it! i didn't think id like it ,only because i went to pirates of the Caribbean 3 and i didn't like it at all! i never have seen any of the pirates of the Caribbean shows maybe,it was because we had to sit in the second row! it killed my neck!i would recommend every one go see it!and we went with this guys parents, it was fun his parents were nice! and you know how i get along beter with older people!

how i feel..

this is how i feel! im not sick by any means i just ALWAYS HAVE A RUNNY NOSE! its so annoying when you dont want to even sneeze in front of someone because your afraid something will fly out of your nose! and knock them in the face! sister wingate told me about this when i was teaching her pilates! about how when you move some place different your body has to adjust! its SO CRAZY!!

last night it was about 8 or 9 and i get this random knock on the front door i wasn't about to get off the nice warm spot on the couch so we yelled "come in!" and guess who it was?much to my surprise my friends!! and i guess they just knew i needed a Lil bit more help because man alive I'm having hard time meeting people!anyways we went out to dinner.... i guess they figured out where i lived from calling my mom....getting my roommates number ...and THEY all kept it from me! Hana i looked so confused and shocked! i love it Tho:)thanks everyone who was in on it

my roomates are SO MESSY! its crazy and i got SO SICK of picking up after them (like i did for the first 2 weeks i was here) so instead of yelling at them to pick their messes up,i just let it get so dirty ,we had ants coming out of are garbage last nght! i was just so tired of cleaning up after them! i mean honestly... they are 18-22 years old! learn how to pick up after yourself!

FHE

for Family Home evening tonight we went to the park played some games and talked and stuff! i met a couple of fun guys named brandon and justin!they were fun! they gave me aride back to my apartment! but the real fun part i thought was they had a tight wire there so we got to walk on it! and even me,totally unbalanced miss em (emmy),walked on it granted with some help from chase and barrett! it was so fun tho:O i tryed twice i walked once! then the second time i walked like 2 steps and fell it was a blast tho!

tonight i went and played games with my roomates and a couple people in the building! we played capture the flag and we played another game not sure of what its called but it was fun!and i went to lunch today as well!the picyure above i snot who i went with! i had like 30 people there! it was A BLAST!

later today a couple of my roomates and i are going sunbathing outside! it should be good im SO WHITE i dont even remember the last time i went tanning! im excited about it!

and we walked and walked and walked...

yesterday was interesting! i had a date with this kid named adam (i met him on the bus) and it was a totally sucky date! anyone who knows me knows i dont walk with great ease! so this guy had brown hair before the date and when he came yesterday he bleached it! it looked like he was 14,when he really is 23!a good thing came from this i had him write my report! he was really nice but seeing as how i had to walk back to my appartment by myself looks like i wont go out with him again!

tonight i went on a group date of about 8 people! we went to a place called "sub zero" its an awesome place! where you chooes the base flavoring and they put nitrogen in it and it freezes it! its so cool...anyways my date was named mark! he is a fun guy! this is proof to me that utah is funner and more social than vegas! i will say however,i do miss the weather in vegas!but ive been WAY MORE SOCIAL THEN I EVER WAS IN VEGAS! i even went kickballing! i didnt run i just pitched and kicked it was fun to say the least!

i was reading another blog,and it made me just realize how much i love my mom! she really is SO AMAZING!!and i love my mom for letting me move out to Orem utah to do some school!even tho i know its gotta be a little scary letting your youngest move out who has a brain injury and everything! but thanx mom for all you do for me i love ya!!

curly hair!!

as most of you know i have naturally curly hair!! which i think is a blessing (it made me not buy an eyelash curler...EVER!!) I usually straighten my hair because i think it looks better most the time! but today I'm going to try it different! should be fun! i love my curly hair (thanks mom and dad for having curly hair too,passing the genetics down to me!)

last night (sunday) we had a thing called family prayer.... i wasnt familiar with this term or activity...ive never heard of it before in my life? so i went with my roomates! it was a fun thing it was just where the whole ward got together we said a prayer and played scripture pictionary! it was weird...but fun at the same time!

15th ward oh my word!!

i went to my new ward today and it was FUN! we had a joint ward today...kinda weird cuz in vegas i dont think ive ever had joint wards but hey the more the merrier right? anyways it was way fun! and ive gone out with 3 guys already! well 2 guys but i went out with 1 guy twice! it has been blast and such a change from what i know! i mean vegas is fun and warmer ....but utah has people that will talk to you even if you have problems (like me)

i love my parents A LOT!

i just want to thank my parents a lot for everything they have given me! and let them know how awesome they are! and i wanted to thank everyone publicly for coming tomy party! or just thining about me works too! thank you everyone i love college!

im gettting ready to leave! my OFFICIAL MOVE IN DATE IS ON THE 29TH ! im SO SO EXCITED! but at the same time im bummed im leaving everything i know! i think itll be a good move for me! just im going to miss everyone so much!im leaving on the 25th or 26th i think to go up there! my visiting teachers (leslie and jaime) are SO AWESOME they are throwing me a big bash! were having it at michael anns house should be fun! im excited!

MY NEW KICKS!!

ijust got these brand new shoes today! they were pretty expensive! but well worth it they already hvae orthodics in them so it kinda helps my gait!and they have built in arch support they are called dansko shoes! i LOVE IT!

my move to provo!!

This week i went to provo with my mom,to look for an apartment for me!the first place we went to was the parkways crossing which were nice but we heard from more than one person its a PARTY SCHOOL!and to me personally, sleep is MUCH MORE VALUEABLE!so we looked at a few other places and nobody was there ever to show us around and help us out! we finaly went to one they had a couple nice people there to talk to us! only problem was.... they didnt show their apartments on tuesday they only show them monday wednsday and friday (we were there on tuesday) we said ok,we'll come back tomorrow to look around.on wensday we went back to an apartment complex close to the school, the apartments were nice! and its rite across the street from the school... plus it has all the amenties i want! soi rented a room!immoving towards the end of april:)

me and my mom were at target today getting some venus razor refills for me,then we walked by this and i was like "mom,look you think this would help make my eye lashes look less clumpy?"she said yes she thinks it would!" so i bought it! i havent used it yet but ill let you guys kno how it goes!

NUCCA CHIROPRACTERS

This is a VERY COOL procedure!! its very low amount of force used on you....but the results are AMAZING!! for example i was able to swing my left arm after the first treatment! and i usually shrug my shoulders wen i go to bed...but i havent since i got the treatment! anyways the results are amazing! very few chiropracters do the NUCCA system! but i see a man thatsin my ward...THOR MONGIE! hes amazing!! and that south african accent just make you want to curl your toes! i love it!

WINNER WINNER ....for the softest sugar cookie recipe ever!

1 cup butter softend 1 cup sour cream
2 cups sugar 6 cups flour
2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
6 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

cream butter ,sugar,eggs,vanilla,and sour cream.then add dry ingrediants. roll out(not too thin)and cut into shapes!bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes (i put mine on 9 minutes and they turned out great!)it says the dough doesnt need to be refridgerted! but it was too soft for me and kept sticking to my rolling pin! so i let it sit for like 1/2 hour or so! thanx to my sister lauren for this great recipe!

so i FINALLY DECIDED on this dress to buy! it was expensive,need to say the least!i bought it from victoriasecrets.com! so of course its going to be expensive! but its way cute ill get it this friday hopefully! ill let you guys know how it fits! anyways its TOTALLY AWESOME!im SO EXCITED!!

ok,so i know how much WE ALL LOVE GIRL SCOUT COOKIES! but i hate the girls always being RIGHT by your side when you come out of stores! anyways so i was on this date the other night,and he said we were going on a picnic which i was excited about! since i've never been on a picnic! so we bought some noodles,went back to his house to make it! and when we were coming out of albertsons he bought me some........ thin mints! because i said i LOVE THEM!!so he bought me a box and this is SO EMBARASSING!he bought me the box last night at like 7 and officially i JUST FINISHED THE LAST ONE AT 6! haha i know im such apig! but what can i say?....I LOVE THIN MINTS!

NOT TILL MAY!!

so me and my parents sat down yesterday and figured out how long it would take me to do 48 1/2 hours more of my pilates and since i can only do it 2 a week 12-4 it makes it even more difficult but i was planning on moving in april but now its may cuz i cant finish all my hours i need by then! its kind of frustrating but you know what they say ... good things come with patience! so thats what im hoping:)

MEN ALSO DO PILATES!!

ok now ladies i know that pilates is mainly a girl exercise(or so people think!) but at the studio i student teach at, they have like 5-6 guys a day! and NONE of them are gay! haha anyways you should really sign your husbands up w\ me only 15$ a class when compared to the normal price pilates is going for ....THATS AMAZING!the cheapest ive seen it for is 25$ so men & women get signed up call my mom she takes care of all the arrangements! (i have such amazing parents huh?)thanx:) for everyones help! im really trying to get in all my hours by april i have a month! s o PLEASE help a girl out! (i need both students and clients that i can teach after i get my license!)

a trip back to the 80's

i think the side pony is totally back in ! so i wore my hair like this to church!im not much of one to compliment myself,but i think i look good in the side pony! and it was SUPER EASY! i think every one should try this new "it" thing! its awesome!!

DINNER AT CARABBAS

OH MY GEEZ... this place is SO GOOD! it was all fancy! ill tell you a funny story... so tonight i went there and anybody that actually knows me knows i cant eat a lot of food! so me and my mom shared the parmeson chicken! it was so good especially with the garlic mashed potatoes! anyways the guy split our meal in half ... which i thought was so nice so i said you should expect a BIG TIP!! but haha in the end we ended up living him a 6 dollar tip!! it was funny!

The gym!

im so excited me and afriend (jen) are going to work out today! im SO GLAD TOO because, i dont know i just feel good when i work out! i think working out is good for your self image! It gives you self confidence which is very important to have i guess thats why you can say im a little obsessed with working out and doing pilates! pilates can give you good body image!I hope that everyone knows that when you work out ....it gives you endorphins....and endorphins make people happy! so if youre feeling a little sad come visit me because i am instructing pilates! i can make you feel really good about your self image!

i bought this today off of HSN and im excited to try it!! cuz i saw the infomercial on it and it looks really cool it got out all the stains they used an ink,ketchup,mustard,etc... and if i am not completely satisfied w\ it in 30 days then i get my money back!

so i was so ticked off last nite cuz i got like no sleep which sux cuz im going to the gym today!i took some benahdryll to help me go to sleep little did i know its a decongestent(so my mom says) and my ears were cracking basically through the whole nite! i could not get any sleep!

i just got this phone on the 4th of this month! its so awesome it opens up to a qwerty style (for those of you that dont kno they call a computer keyboard a qwerty cuz its the first 6 letters on the top row of a computer keyboard! thanx nick!)and it has the most AWESOMEST RING TONE..EVER "thriller" is the ringtone! its SO AWESOME!

i just started using these things on friday nite they r great they say it only takes 3 days! which is less time then the white strips which take 7! although in the pack you get 14 trays which equals out to 7 pairs of upper and lower trays!

pilates anyone?

ok so as you all know ....ii am striving to becomea pilates instructor by april i have 39 1/2 hours i need like 70!! more by april so if youd like to get 5 pilates classes for free you should definately leavea comment.... but there are afew things that i hae to do like i have to goby my instructors time table so it sux 4 me cuz im friends w\ nmoms whos kids get home at the time she allows me to instruct(1-2 2-3) and ya i am in DESPERATE NEED OF HELP!! so if you can help just leave a comment its every tues and thurs 1-2, 2-3 ok and you would have to pick me up and take me home!
