MY SISTER lAUREN TOLD US THE GREAT NEWS ON SUNDAY! im so excited for her and jason, they will be great parents! I just cant wait till she actually gets a tummy! shes 3 months along rite now! im surprised that she didnttell us sooner! shes gotta tell everything!i love her and jas! im so happy for them good luck !

MY PILATES REFORMER IS SET UP...FINALLY

i WISH i had that ....someone...i really love for valentines day! i know i should enjoy the single life while i still have it but its hard! that is finding the right one is hard for me!, but i guess its hard till you meet the one!then it is all easy from there

NOT TILL MAY!!

so me and my parents sat down yesterday and figured out how long it would take me to do 48 1/2 hours more of my pilates and since i can only do it 2 a week 12-4 it makes it even more difficult but i was planning on moving in april but now its may cuz i cant finish all my hours i need by then! its kind of frustrating but you know what they say ... good things come with patience! so thats what im hoping:)

ok now ladies i know that pilates is mainly a girl exercise(or so people think!) but at the studio i student teach at, they have like 5-6 guys a day! and NONE of them are gay! haha anyways you should really sign your husbands up w\ me only 15$ a class when compared to the normal price pilates is going for ....THATS AMAZING!the cheapest ive seen it for is 25$ so men & women get signed up call my mom she takes care of all the arrangements! (i have such amazing parents huh?)thanx:) for everyones help! im really trying to get in all my hours by april i have a month! s o PLEASE help a girl out! (i need both students and clients that i can teach after i get my license!)

a trip back to the 80's

i think the side pony is totally back in ! so i wore my hair like this to church!im not much of one to compliment myself,but i think i look good in the side pony! and it was SUPER EASY! i think every one should try this new "it" thing! its awesome!!

DINNER AT CARABBAS

OH MY GEEZ... this place is SO GOOD! it was all fancy! ill tell you a funny story... so tonight i went there and anybody that actually knows me knows i cant eat a lot of food! so me and my mom shared the parmeson chicken! it was so good especially with the garlic mashed potatoes! anyways the guy split our meal in half ... which i thought was so nice so i said you should expect a BIG TIP!! but haha in the end we ended up living him a 6 dollar tip!! it was funny!

The gym!

im so excited me and afriend (jen) are going to work out today! im SO GLAD TOO because, i dont know i just feel good when i work out! i think working out is good for your self image! It gives you self confidence which is very important to have i guess thats why you can say im a little obsessed with working out and doing pilates! pilates can give you good body image!I hope that everyone knows that when you work out ....it gives you endorphins....and endorphins make people happy! so if youre feeling a little sad come visit me because i am instructing pilates! i can make you feel really good about your self image!

i bought this today off of HSN and im excited to try it!! cuz i saw the infomercial on it and it looks really cool it got out all the stains they used an ink,ketchup,mustard,etc... and if i am not completely satisfied w\ it in 30 days then i get my money back!

so i was so ticked off last nite cuz i got like no sleep which sux cuz im going to the gym today!i took some benahdryll to help me go to sleep little did i know its a decongestent(so my mom says) and my ears were cracking basically through the whole nite! i could not get any sleep!

My new cell phone an enV

i just got this phone on the 4th of this month! its so awesome it opens up to a qwerty style (for those of you that dont kno they call a computer keyboard a qwerty cuz its the first 6 letters on the top row of a computer keyboard! thanx nick!)and it has the most AWESOMEST RING TONE..EVER "thriller" is the ringtone! its SO AWESOME!

brighter than bright

i just started using these things on friday nite they r great they say it only takes 3 days! which is less time then the white strips which take 7! although in the pack you get 14 trays which equals out to 7 pairs of upper and lower trays!

i LOVE THIS SERIES! I DIDNT THINK AT FIRST I WOULD BUT THEN JAIME,HEATHER,JEN,BARB EVERYONE WAS TELLING ME IT WAS SO GOOD! BUT I DONT LIKE SCI FI STUFF, SO WEN I HEARD IT WAS ABOUT VAMPIRES I WAS SURE I WOULDNT LIKE IT BUT THEN I STARTED TO READ CUZ OF PEER PRESSURE! AND I LOVE IT!!

ok so me and my mom just went to a new store that we found last nite by khols and tj max and its called THE DOLLAR TREE!! its SO AWESOME its been the only 99 cent store ive found to not be all ghetto! but it had some pretty good stuff! i was totally stoked that me and my mom foundit needless to say!

pilates anyone?

ok so as you all know ....ii am striving to becomea pilates instructor by april i have 39 1/2 hours i need like 70!! more by april so if youd like to get 5 pilates classes for free you should definately leavea comment.... but there are afew things that i hae to do like i have to goby my instructors time table so it sux 4 me cuz im friends w\ nmoms whos kids get home at the time she allows me to instruct(1-2 2-3) and ya i am in DESPERATE NEED OF HELP!! so if you can help just leave a comment its every tues and thurs 1-2, 2-3 ok and you would have to pick me up and take me home!

What is going on in my life right now....

i recently finished observing a physical therapist i had to observe him for 40 hours ,i viewed him for 43 hours tho! i just finihsed that i am going to finish up with college on December 11th!! YAY IM SO STOKED!! then i am going to take my pilates license test in january sometime ....HOPEFULLY! Next spring im hoping to move up to utah! for a lot of reasons the inital reason tho is to get more dates! cuz i am 19 years old, im in my PRIME!! i should BE GETTING ASKED OUT EVERY WEEKEND, but im not.....so im going to do something about it also while i am up there im goingto take a class at UVSC(thanx for the advice connie)and hopefully i can get a job at a pilates studio there! hopefully this will be a great move for me!

Enchanted Movie

My mom and I went to go see this movie on friday ,I enjoyed the story line of this movie!the modern day princess was so refreshing! it was fun to see how detailed they were about this movie, its an awesome movie I would suggest it to anyone!

MY GREAT DEALS AT KHOLS...

So today i went to Khols,and i got SOME SLAMMING DEALS!I bought 7 pairs if clothing and 8 photo frames for one hundred and twenty one dollars! talk about SMOKING DEAL!

I am currently in Pilate's school hoping to instruct in the mat exercise. and i am volunteering for the summerlin hospital in the physical therapy department,and i just signed up for an introductory class of physical therapy. my visiting teachers are super sweet and did those pictures in my slide show for me one day(thanks Jaime and Leslie)I'm just trying to stay busy and not be bored all the time.

My new favorite thing... Pilates!!!

So I have been taking a Pilate's class for a few months and have fallen in love with it!! It's so much fun to do and the instructor is amazing!! So I had this great idea that I would give it a shot and become a Pilate's teacher. There is a course that you have to take to be qualified. I started it on Saturday. It was lots of fun but a TON of stuff to memorize!! In a few months I will be done and able to teach my own classes!! So excited!!!!!
