Egg Mask

 I was reading on Pintrest a recipe that supposedly makes your hair stronger.  It had 2 eggs and a tbsp of olive oil in it.  So i did it Friday night with very low expectations. I just did it because i was bored and I had  both of the ingredient's. Today i washed and straightened my hair and I am happy to say I only saw 4  strands of hair fall out! Usually its about 10. So i am very glad I did this. It seemed to strengthen my hair!!

Yosemite with Joe and Melissa

Joe and I went to Yosemite to take my cousin Melissa there. It was not Joe and I first time being there. It is where we got engaged, but for Melissa it was  wonderful! She had never been before! Sadly though it didn't have any flowing waterfalls because of a drought in California.It still was a A LOT of fun to go be silly with each other!!

Birthday Time

July 1st was my 24th birthday. We celebrated really on Saturday. I got TOTALLY pampered! we went to Ihop for breakfast then I got my eyebrows threaded (which happens like once a month), I got a pedicure with Sherry, my sister in law. Then on Sunday we had a blast at Sherry and Brittons house the whole Ulmer family came together and  had my favorite dinner...which is  homemade BBQ ribs,mashed potatoes and strawberry shortcake.It was very fun. I missed spending my birthday with out the McIntyre family, but we will see them soon. Joseph  has been TOTALLY SWEET TO ME all week. He got me for my birthday some Dolce and Gabana perfume (which by the way I am OBSESSED with) but his BIG present he is getting me is  that we are going to go on The Price is Right on July 16th. That is the day that we got engaged!! I am SOOO SOO EXCITED!!  

Scavenger Hunt

This week it was my turn to plan date night. We first went to eat at Marie Calenders. Where I didnt know that Marie Calenders was a 50 or older place to hang out I was trying to think of something that would be fun while at the same time creative. I was thinking all week ...maybe a scavenger hunt would be fun. I got my imagination going on high speed on Thursday (the day before our date night)I spent almost all day trying to think up a list of things to find and trying to think of riddles to go with them.It was very hard to think of riddles and of things that I should have him find! He ended up having to find 10 things! !

Pop goes the rock

 On April 25, 2012 We went to a show called Pop Goes The Rock. Now we have been blessed to see a lot of shows at the Saroyan theatre, because Joe makes signs for the local promoter. Out of all the shows we have seen I liked this show the best! It showed peoples talent and it was not perverted or scandalous like most of the other shows we have seen there! It was visablly dyanamic and very fun. We went with Joe's sister Heather and her husband Nathan.It was a really fun time I am grateful that we got to go!

Visiting Family in Vegas

We were so excited to see my family. Carter J. Johnson is ADORABLE!! He has the same problem as Maddy did with the formula, but Lauren is use to it now so she just had to switch his formula.He is a LOVER. We were glad I could see most of my family.

Our wedding 1.21.12

Our wedding day was INDESCRIBABLE we had all of our closest friends and family come  from ALL OVER!  The day before our wedding I woke up early in the morning with EXCRUCIATING PAINS in my tummy! I have had these same pains before. They were kidney stones.  A lot of my friends who also got married recently  got them too. I just think it was because we were all were nervous about how the day would go. The wedding day tho was absolutely perfect thanks to my mom and all the help our friends gave us!  Two days after the wedding we left for a great honeymoon in Hawaii!

This has been the scene in our apartment for about 3 days now! I am trying SO HARD to get all of the thank you cards Joe made for us done, but its a little tricky trying to find  the thank you card I wrote everyone and find their name on the address labels my mom made for us( Thanks mom!!)Especially because The labels aren't in alphabetical order!

I am in love with our pictures! I love them all. Jimmy Bishop with Gideon photography did them for us! My mom found his work in the Utah Bridal Magazine (since he does a lot of work for them)

I am so glad to be marrying a graphic artist. He designed the invite and how to place the pictures. I am so proud of him I think it looks really good!!
